Showroom Consultant
We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic person to work in our busy kitchen showroom in Hillington.
We need someone who is keen to approach and interact with customers. You must be able to provide outstanding customer service; offering a unique and personalised experience for each visitor to the showroom.
Sales experience is important and full training will be provided on all aspects of kitchens and bedrooms. The ideal candidate is someone with an eye for design but more importantly a willingness to learn and who has a proactive attitude and can approach customers to generate appointments and liaise with head office. The applicant should be self motivated .
As one of our showroom personnel, it’s really important that you are happy to approach and help customers and that you have a genuine passion for home improvement. Talking to someone who can offer confident and relevant advice ensures our customers leave our showrooms with a renewed enthusiasm for their new project to upgrade their kitchen or bedroom.
You will be helping customers with our kitchen and bedroom ranges.
We need our customer advisors to be flexible about when they work, covering store opening hours on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
We are ideally looking to fill this role on full time basis, however, we will consider taking on someone on a part time basis, should they have the skills and experience that we are looking for.
