At Red Hot Mamma, our kitchens run on teamwork, passion, and fresh ingredients. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help drive quality, consistency, and energy through the kitchen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations
- Cooking and presenting dishes to Mamma’s high standards
- Leading the kitchen team during service and stepping up when needed
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Ensuring hygiene, health, and safety standards are always met
- Training and mentoring junior chefs to help them grow
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie
- Confident leadership and a calm approach under pressure
- Passion for fresh ingredients and Italian-inspired cooking
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and busy services
