What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in domestic plumbing systems
- Installing first-fix and second-fix plumbing, radiators, cylinders, and associated systems
- Assisting with and learning the installation of renewable energy technologies, including heat pumps and underfloor heating systems
- Testing, commissioning, and fault-finding to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
- Ensuring all work complies with MCS regulations, health & safety requirements, and industry standards
- Providing excellent customer service by explaining completed work and offering practical advice
- Working independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards
- Participating in ongoing training and keeping up to date with the latest industry developments and technologies
What We're Looking For
- Previous plumbing experience and relevant qualifications
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
