Contracts Manager - Construction
Oakwood Construction Services are looking to add a Contracts Manager to our growing team.
Oakwood have a proven track record for delivering maintenance and projects to a great standard with guaranteed customer satisfaction. We are based in Maidstone and work across Southern England.
We undertake a variety of works for commercial clients including hotels, pubs, restaurants, care homes, schools and insurance works for various clients.
This role would suit somebody who has previous experience working in a similar role within a commercial environment.
We have a very professional experienced team and the right candidate will be an integral part of our senior management structure.
As our Contracts Managers, you would be responsible for all areas of overseeing our procedures and ensuring our high standards and great customer service is maintained. This is a varied position and a fantastic opportunity to for the right candidate. Working closely with our Helpdesk you will be involved in jobs from inception to completion and involved in busisness critical decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To form relationships with clients and be approachable / contactable.
- Attend site visits and client meetings when required.
- Submit quotations / Tenders in various formats using in house and client software.
- To work closely with the team, ensuring our KPI's are being met.
- To ensure all client portals are kept up to date with any status / updates.
- To accurately close down reactive visits using our rates.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Professional qualification in construction would be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
