Administrative Coordinator
Location: London-based hybrid role (must reside within 40 minutes of King's Cross St. Pancras Station) and have less than a 3-hour travel time to Brussels / Luxembourg

Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Language Services Direct are one of the UK's leading providers of language trainers to companies and government departments and work with a large network of language trainers across multiple languages and locations.
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the administrative delivery of a major language training programme across Brussels and Luxembourg. Successful candidates must reside within 40 minutes travel time of King’s Cross St. Pancras Station and be able to travel to Brussels or Luxembourg in 3 hours or less (e.g. by Eurostar or equivalent transport).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to training staff and project managers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of schedules, participant data, and training documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, assessments, and related events.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and audit processes as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Must live within 40 minutes of King’s Cross St. Pancras Station.
- Must be able to travel to Brussels or Luxembourg in 3 hours or less.
- Relevant university or higher education degree (min. 3 years of study)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project administration or coordination role – with some knowledge of financial management.
- Solid ICT skills, including video-conferencing platforms and multimedia tools.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard digital tools.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (minimum CEFR level C1 in both languages).
Working Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays (pro rata)
