We’re looking for an experienced, passionate chef to take on a senior role in our kitchen — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced service, loves great food, and wants the space to be creative, influence menus, and help shape what we do next.
We’re offering a year round senior chef role in a truly exceptional setting — daytime hours, a talented team, and the opportunity to bring your ideas to life and play a key role in developing our food offering.
About the Role
Our chefs prepare and cook our quality cafe menu at speed, running busy breakfast and lunch services while keeping standards high. As a senior chef, you’ll take the lead on the line, support the team during service, and help drive consistency, quality, and pace.
You’ll also help develop seasonal specials and contribute ideas as our menu continues to evolve. We’re excited to bring in someone who wants to put their stamp on things.
Part OR Full time, 3-5 days / 20-35 hours per week to suit the individual
Exclusively day-time hours. You would get your evenings off, and one weekend day free most weeks.
Starting pay £14-£15.00 per hour depending on ability and experience (plus holidays and pension contributions).
Travel to Berry Head is required – please note that public transport options are limited
