Ductwork Direct is seeking a reliable and highly organised Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This part-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and enquiries
- Process, organise, and track customer orders
- Coordinate and monitor deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and arrival
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer communications
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle incoming calls and provide customer support when required
- Identify and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries
- Undertake additional duties as required; responsibilities may vary from time to time in line with the needs of the company.
Requirements
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
