About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Roofer to join our expanding renewable energy team based in Keighley.
This role will involve carrying out roofing works associated with domestic and commercial solar PV installations, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship. You will work alongside solar installation teams, preparing roofs for installation, carrying out repairs where required, and ensuring systems are installed securely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out roofing works in preparation for solar PV installations.
- Install roof mounting systems for solar panels.
- Complete roof repairs and remedial works where required.
- Identify and resolve roofing issues before installation.
- Work on a variety of roof types including slate, tile, and flat roofs.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with solar installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Complete site documentation and report any issues to management.
- Ensure work is completed within project timescales.
Skills & Experience
- Proven roofing experience.
- Experience working with slate, tile, and flat roofing systems.
- Experience working at height.
- Strong understanding of roofing health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
- Previous experience working on solar PV installations.
- CSCS Card.
- Working at Height certification.
- Roofing qualifications or relevant trade certifications.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior installers.
