Pump Services is a fast-growing heating and plumbing company based in Mapperley, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our friendly team.

About the Role
You’ll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting both our customers and engineers every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer telephone calls and emails Booking boiler services, repairs and installations Scheduling engineers’ diaries Producing quotations Raising invoices Ordering parts Updating Sage and our CRM Keeping customers informed throughout their job General office administration
