About the role
As an Employment Advisor, you'll help people overcome barriers, build confidence and develop the skills they need to secure and sustain employment.
Working with participants from a wide range of backgrounds, you'll provide personalised coaching, practical employability support and constructive challenge to help people achieve their goals. No two days are the same. This is a structured, target-driven role where success comes from building positive relationships, maintaining high standards and believing that people can achieve more than they thought possible.
If you're resilient, organised, enjoy working with people and want a career where you can genuinely change lives, we'd love to hear from you.
