Our Pizza restaurant is located overlooking the iconic Tide mill. A beautiful location which we sell authentic Napoletan pizza, proper gelato and delicious cocktails!
We’re looking for a Supervisor who is great with customers and wants to make our guests experience great. We want our guests to return again and again, our Supervisors will be key to ensuring we get this right on shift. You'll form an integral role to the mgt team!
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks
- Supporting, and training the team, running smooth shifts
- Be a key holder and be trained in opening and closing the restaurant
- Supervising and playing a role in how the shifts run.
- Will be bar trained, full waiter service.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Ensuring our guests always leave happy
Supervisor Experience:
Experience, would be preferable in leading teams, but we can train the right people. We look for passionate people who can connect to others and take to their job with full accountability and maturity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
