Role: Procurement Manager

Rate: £300 - £350
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector organisation, to recruit an Interim Procurement Manager. This organisation operates a hybrid working policy, requiring on-site 2 days per week in their Shrewsbury based office.
The Role:
- Responsible for leading sourcing projects for several categories
- Putting together framework agreements
- Running complex procurements end to end
- Managing multiple senior stakeholders and reporting and presenting as required
- Supporting senior team with the negotiation and completion of complex contracts
- Working towards hitting annual savings targets and delivering value for money
- Managing a small team
The Person:
- Experience working within the Public Sector
- Good understanding of working under national frameworks
- Good relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Pay: £300.00-£350.00 per day
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shrewsbury SY1 2AS
