Happy Endings is coming to Brighton, and we need the right person to help us bring it to life.
If you don't know Happy Endings yet, Google it. It's one of London's most loved ice cream brands, founded by award-winning pastry chef Terri Mercieca, built on brilliant products, good vibes and the belief that everyone deserves something delicious.
We're opening our first Brighton shop on Queens Road and we're looking for someone who gets it. Someone who shows up with energy, treats every customer like they matter, and takes pride in doing simple things really well.
What the job actually looks like:
No complex prep. No manual scooping. The focus is on speed, consistency and making people smile from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave with something incredible in their hands.
You'll be:
- Serving customers with genuine warmth and energy
- Keeping the shop looking and running brilliantly
- Helping with stock and daily operations
- Being a solid, reliable part of a small tight-knit team
You're probably a good fit if you:
- Actually enjoy talking to people (not just tolerating them)
- Take pride in your work even when it's busy
- Can work weekends and have flexible availability
- Don't need experience, just the right attitude
