Duties
- Safely operate cleaning equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, ladders and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas
- Clean windows on commercial and residential buildings, both interior and exterior surfaces
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions to achieve a streak-free shine without damaging surfaces
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Valid driving license preferred but not necessary
- Fluency in English for clear communication with team members and clients
- Strong customer service skills to build positive relationships and address client requests professionally
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions accurately and report on completed work
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Prior experience in window cleaning or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to deliver high-quality results consistently
Pay: £25,420.00-£41,243.62 per year
