Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems timing belts/chains.
- Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with other mechanics and team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
