We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant within our Wills, Trusts & Probate department. This role is a full time role working out of our Swanage office.

Main Responsibilities as a Legal Assistant:

Provide professional assistance to one lawyer
- Manage diaries and book appointments

Take initial enquiries and allocate them appropriately within the department

Assist in communication with clients, taking telephone calls and accurately recording messages and providing assistance wherever possible

Use of Practice Evolve case management system

Open and close files
-
Storage and retrieval of documents
-
To provide some audio typing using BigHand
-
Provide such general secretarial/administrative activities as are required
Key skills required:

Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally

Attention to detail

Impeccable organisational and prioritisation skills

Good knowledge of Word and Excel
