Restaurant Supervisor – Ru
Belfast’s newest restaurant, Ru, is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our opening team.
Born from two rich food cultures, Ru blends bold Indian flavours with exceptional Irish produce. Our menu is a modern interpretation of Indian cooking — vibrant, seasonal, and designed for sharing.
This is a chance to be part of something new from the ground up, supporting the management team, leading service on the floor, and helping to create an exceptional guest experience. If you’re ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Located on Ann Street and open daily for lunch and dinner, Ru will be the first to open amongst a number of adjoining venues, including a pub, cocktail bar and terrace, vinyl listening bar and club space in 2026.
