We're looking for a qualified and passionate Cadillac Pilates Instructor to join our growing team of freelance instructors. You'll deliver small-group and private Cadillac sessions, helping clients improve strength, mobility, and posture in a warm, professional studio environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver safe, effective, and engaging Cadillac Pilates classes for clients of varying abilities
- Conduct client assessments and tailor programming to individual needs and goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cadillac equipment, technique, and safety protocols
- Build positive client relationships to support retention and member satisfaction
- Manage class bookings and attendance via our studio management platform (Momence)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe studio environment in line with health and safety policy
- Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth
Requirements
- Recognised Pilates instructor qualification (REPs/CIMSPA registered or equivalent), with specific Cadillac/Trapeze Table training
- Proven experience teaching Cadillac Pilates in a studio setting
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury modifications
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Own professional indemnity insurance
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a regular weekly schedule
- IR35-compliant self-employed status (freelance contractor)
Pay: From £30.00 per hour
