Responsibilities and Duties
- Controlling Entry and Exit route.
- Customer management to maintain and achieve crowd management and safe environment within the venue.
- Crowd control.
- Supervising all customer arrivals.
- Carrying out thorough ID checks
- Screening and searching individuals if needed.
- Defusing a situation calmly before eruption.
What we need from you
- To currently hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor Badge.
- Have a proven experience somewhere within the security industry.
- Be able to provide a 5 year work/school history.
- Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.
- Not essential but desirable, to have previous Door Supervisor experience.
- Must be comfortable working in licensed premises.
- Be able to commute reliably to venues or place of work

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 12.0 per week
