As a Student Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive student experience in our busy, friendly school environment.
Based at Reception, you’ll be part of a supportive Student Services team at our central London school, just a 3minute walk from Holborn station. We welcome hundreds of international students each year who come to study English, live in residential accommodation and take part in a varied social and cultural programme.
This is a varied, frontfacing role where no two days are the same. You’ll support students from prearrival through to departure, handling queries, coordinating accommodation and providing a warm, professional first point of contact.
What you’ll be doing

Welcoming students and acting as a first point of contact at Reception

Supporting students with accommodation, enrolment and general queries

Coordinating room allocations and supporting accommodation management

Providing solutionsfocused support to student issues and wellbeing needs

Maintaining accurate records using databases and MS Office

Adapting to changing priorities in a fastpaced, seasonal environment
What we’re looking for

A positive, cando attitude with strong problemsolving skills

Cultural awareness and sensitivity when supporting international students

Good organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively

Comfort working with databases and Microsoft Office

Experience in reception, hospitality or student services (desirable)

An additional language would be an advantage, but is not essential
