We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client goals, space requirements, and aesthetic preferences.
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D models, and visual presentations using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the design process.
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to ensure cohesive and innovative interiors.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors during construction to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and budgets to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max (3ds <PERSON>), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Solid understanding of project management principles to coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Hands-on construction experience is highly desirable for seamless collaboration during implementation phases.
- Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
