General grounds maintenance based on average of 25 hours a week, season dependent, more hours in summer and less in winter. Maintain plants, shrub, hedges and trees in good condition. Execute pruning at correct time and in accordance with good horticultural practice. Keep beds neat and tidy all year round, weed free and clear of leaves in autumn. Mow lawns, trim edges after mowing. Periodic scarifying, feeding, weed killing and top dressing. Collecting of bins and Putting out refuse weekly .Gutter cleaning on an annual basis.
On occasion basic handyman tasks may need doing.
DBS check required prior to starting.
