You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by performing diverse tasks that keep facilities and homes running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Attending tenanted properties and keeping appointments.
- Always remain polite and approachable to tenants and client project managers.
- Ability to understand a described problem and locate the issue.
- Work in a clean and tidy manner.
- Maintain accurate records, including before and after photos.
Skills
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience, however any of the trades below are required;
- Painting & Decorating (including mould wash)
- Plumbing (minor work)
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Flooring
- Carpentry (minor work)
