Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented End of Tenancy Cleaner (Self-Employed) to deliver exceptional cleaning services for rental properties at the conclusion of tenancy agreements. Responsibilities
- Previous professional cleaning experience (preferred).
- Able to travel anywhere within London using public transport or your own vehicle.
- Vacuum cleaner (hoover)
- Mop and bucket
- Cleaning cloths
- Cleaning products
- Any other essential cleaning equipment
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential and commercial rental units at the end of tenancy, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Deep clean carpets, floors, windows, appliances, and fixtures to ensure all surfaces are spotless and sanitized
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure all aspects of the property meet cleanliness standards required for handover
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results while maintaining safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients or property managers regarding specific cleaning requirements or concerns
- Manage your own schedule to complete assigned cleaning jobs efficiently and on time
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail in every job.
- Requirements
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques for end-of-tenancy properties and familiarity with professional cleaning equipment
- Strong customer service skills to address client needs courteously and professionally
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple jobs efficiently
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning in all areas of the property
- Nice-to-have skills include experience with cooking (for multi-purpose cleaning), hospitality industry background, or additional janitorial expertise
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach various job sites
