If yes then read on, as Arcus Facilities Management are seeking an experienced Compliance Team Leader!
You’ll be supporting the development and implementation of the strategy for compliance and ppm management, with focus on use of technology to provide cost-effective solutions for our clients. You will lead all Compliance activities relating to the introduction of new contracts and help to make Arcus industry-leading in the provision of Compliance services.
Specific responsibilities include:

Management of the PPM team across key account client to ensure we are consistently and continually adding value and working in a proactive and efficient way

Transform our Compliance & PPM activities through introduction of new technologies, automation and processes that will lower our cost of operation and provide a more cost-effective solutions for our clients

Implement effective and reliable audit processes in our Compliance team to maximise asset and site compliance and to exceed client KPIs

Supporting the new business team on resource requirement for compliance and ppm activities using any knowledge gained from previous tenders

Lead new contract mobilisations to deliver a seamless transition

Keep up to date on any legislation changes and be viewed as the team compliance expert

Proactively engage with functional/departmental team leads to drive improvement through system or process changes that impact on our team

Supporting the client and internal account management teams on compliance and PPM data for monthly review meetings

Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
If you have experience of managing people in a retail FM environment with compliance related activities, we want to hear from you!
You will also need:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong communication skills to deal with a range of stakeholders and senior managers – both verbally and in writing

Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Deadline driven with excellend organisation skills

Team Player but capable of working on own initiative to fully understand implications of changes and effective working methods

Salary: Up to £40,441 per annum, depending on experience

4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
