F&B Assistant – Adventure Parc, Dolgarrog
Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our brand-new family entertainment centre at Adventure Parc, Dolgarrog.
This isn’t your typical café role — we want someone who can help deliver great food and drinks and bring the atmosphere. You’ll be just as comfortable behind the bar or serving on the floor as you are interacting with guests and contributing to a fun, lively environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day-to-day food & beverage operations across the venue
- Working across bar service, floor service, and customer interaction
- Preparing and serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for families and groups
- Assisting with events and helping deliver a great guest experience
- Supporting setup, clearing, and general day-to-day operations
- Helping with stock handling and keeping service areas well organised
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a food & beverage or hospitality role preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence engaging customers
- Experience in bar work or café service is a plus
- High energy and a positive attitude in a busy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work evenings and weekends
Working Hours
- 32–40 hours per week (season dependent)
- Shifts typically run from midday through to late evening
- Includes weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods
