We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Respond to telephone, walk-in and email enquiries
- Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post
- Manage reception area and look after visitors
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Company's ERP system ProgressPlus and other software
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Organise travel: flights, taxis, accommodation for staff and customers as required
- Update Company's website and social media profiles as required.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (desirable)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail
