About The Role
As an Apprentice Engineering Operative, you'll dive straight into the heart of our manufacturing process. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on, practical work, from fabricating chassis and product components to assembling engine-driven pressure washers. You will get to use state-of-the-art welding and CNC machinery, applying skills in sheet metal work, tubing fabrication, and electronics.
This role is all about learning by doing. You'll gain a solid educational foundation and a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Engineering without the university route, all while getting paid. This position offers a clear path for career growth within Maxflow Power Products, an expanding company with an exciting future. Required Criteria

A minimum of 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, Science and English.
