Job Title: Property Maintenance & Delivery Technician
About the Role
We manage a portfolio of Airbnb/short-term rental properties and are hiring a reliable, hands-on team member to keep our properties running smoothly. This role is central to our daily operations — you'll be responsible for delivering linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to our properties and cleaning staff, as well as handling light maintenance tasks across our units.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Supply Management (Primary Focus)
- Collect clean linens and towels from our office/storage location and deliver to Airbnb properties on schedule
- Deliver cleaning supplies to cleaning staff at each property as needed
- Track inventory of linens and supplies to ensure properties never run short
- Maintain an organized, efficient delivery route across multiple properties
Property Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs (e.g. leaky faucets, replacing lightbulbs, tightening fixtures)
- Address maintenance requests from guests or cleaners in a timely manner
- Inspect properties for wear, damage, or safety issues and report/resolve as needed
- Basic troubleshooting of appliances, locks, thermostats, and other in-unit systems
Schedule
Typical hours are approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, [5/6 days per week], with some flexibility needed around guest turnovers.
Requirements
- Comfortable lifting and transporting linens/supplies
- Basic handyman/maintenance skills
- Strong time management — able to run an efficient multi-stop route
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or maintenance is a bonus
Pay: £13.00 per hour
