In our Operations Department, it's not unusual to hear someone say:
"Just give me a minute… I'm in the middle of a huge chess move."
That's because scheduling isn't simply filling a diary. It's anticipating problems before they happen, thinking several moves ahead and finding the best solution for our customers, engineers and the business. If that sounds satisfying rather than stressful, you're probably exactly the person we're looking for.
Every day, our schedulers coordinate a nationwide team of engineers, balancing customer requirements, travel, engineer competency, priorities and last-minute changes. It's challenging, fast-paced and incredibly rewarding.
