We are looking for a Business Analyst to connect business needs with practical technology and process improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, product teams and technical specialists to understand challenges, define requirements and support the delivery of effective solutions.
This is a mid-level position for someone who can examine complex information, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Meet with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges and user requirements. Translate discussions into clear and structured documentation.
Business Process Analysis:
Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements that support business growth and service quality.
Documentation:
Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, user stories, workflow diagrams, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Management:
Build productive relationships with internal departments, clients and technology partners. Communicate project requirements, risks and decisions clearly.
Solution Evaluation:
Work with product and technical teams to assess proposed solutions and confirm that they meet agreed business requirements.
Data Analysis:
Review operational and commercial data to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Project Support:
Support project managers throughout planning, implementation, testing and delivery. Help manage requirement changes and maintain accurate project documentation.
User Acceptance Testing:
Develop test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing and document issues before new systems or process changes are launched.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor completed projects and recommend further improvements based on stakeholder feedback, user experience and performance results.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Systems Analyst or in a similar business improvement role.
Business Analysis Skills:
Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, gap analysis and business documentation.
Project Knowledge:
A good understanding of project delivery methods, including Agile, Scrum or Waterfall environments.
Technical Understanding:
Comfortable working with software development teams and discussing systems, integrations, databases and digital platforms at a business level.
Tools:
Experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Lucidchart or similar platforms.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex requirements clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Ability:
You can review large amounts of information, identify the main issue and recommend realistic solutions supported by evidence.
Organisation:
You can manage several workstreams, maintain accurate documentation and meet agreed deadlines.
Mindset:
You are curious, practical and detail-oriented. You are comfortable asking questions, challenging unclear requirements and helping teams reach well-informed decisions.
Pay: £3,692.00-£4,200.00 per month
