Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000 for experienced unqualified Fee Earners | Up to £55,000 for Qualified Conveyancers
We're continuing to invest in the growth of our Residential Property team and are looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner or Qualified Conveyancer to join our Manchester office.

You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of an experienced team and strong administrative backing.
The Role
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Deliver outstanding client care throughout the transaction.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
- Ensure matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining excellent compliance standards.
About You
- Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Qualified Conveyancer.
- Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience.
