Location: Bristol
Pay rate: £14.00 per hour- Weekly or Monthly Pay Available!
Shift pattern: 10am–6pm (Monday – Sunday – flexible shifts)
Hours: 20 hour per week
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Manual- due to nature of the role)
We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Night Healthcare Assistant to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Bristol, Little Stoke. This person has Autism, Complex Clinical Needs and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
✨What you’ll be doing
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

Providing high‑quality support on a 1:1 basis

Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community

Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing

Supporting communication in the way that works best for them

Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
