Are you a recent graduate in Building Surveying, Construction, Property, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline?

We’re looking for a Graduate / Trainee Damp & Timber Surveyor to join Dampcure Woodcure, a fourth-generation family business with a history dating back to 1959.
No previous damp or timber surveying experience is required.
We’ll invest in the right person with full training, mentoring and professional qualifications, helping you develop into a confident specialist surveyor.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
- Damp and moisture diagnosis
- Timber decay and infestation
- Building defects and construction
- Structural waterproofing
- Professional surveying and report writing
- Client communication and relationship management
As your knowledge and experience develop, you’ll take responsibility for your own diary and, once fully trained and competent, typically carry out up to four property surveys per day.
