Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic fashion savvy Part or Full time Sales Associate (4-5 days) to join our dynamic team to work in our store in Hastings Old Town, George Street. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while driving sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be essential in helping them find the right products to meet their needs. If you have a passion for sales, a commitment to customer satisfaction and at least 2 years retail sales experience, we would love to hear from you.
Salary:
£25,000 pro rata

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain an organised sales area, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and efficiently.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Negotiate terms of sale with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Drive sales initiatives by promoting new products and special offers to customers.
- Utilise IT systems to process transactions accurately and maintain customer records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is required, of a least 2 years.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, enabling you to engage confidently with customers.
- Time management skills that allow for efficient handling of multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company.
- A proactive drive to achieve sales goals and contribute positively to team performance.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
