You are responsible for attending all scheduled training sessions, performance analysis meetings, and home and away matchdays on time. Both plan & prepare the delivery of high-quality coaching sessions, assist with player development, and contribute to matchday operations.
The role requires the ability to observe and analyse individual and team performances, produce reports and session plans, and communicate effectively with the coaching team.
The post holder will report directly to the Lead Coach and Football Coordinator, working collaboratively to deliver the club's coaching programme while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and player welfare.
Skills/Competencies Experience - Experience planning and delivering football coaching sessions. - Good understanding of player development. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Reliable, organised, and professional. - Ability to attend evening & daytime sessions and Wednesday fixtures. - Commitment to safeguarding and promoting player welfare. - Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the Lead Coach and Football Coordinator. - Experience coaching in a grassroots, academy, or club environment. - Knowledge of player development plans. - Willingness to continue learning and developing as a coach. - Positive attitude, Enthusiastic and ability to build good relationships with players, parents, and staff. Qualifications - Minimum UEFA C qualified or working towards - FA Safeguarding - Emergency First Aid Qualification - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
