Senior Contracts Coordinator
The Whittan Group is the largest manufacturer of steel storage products in the United Kingdom. Operating through a number of market-leading brands, we design, manufacture and install innovative storage solutions for commercial and industrial environments across the UK and Europe.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Contracts Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic team in Wakefield.
About the Role
The Senior Contracts Coordinator will play a key role in managing customer requirements from order receipt through to delivery and installation. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, processing orders, ordering stock, preparing Health & Safety documentation, arranging installations, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional service throughout the process.
Working closely with Project Managers, customers, suppliers and internal departments, you will ensure projects are delivered accurately on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and validate all order requirements for accuracy.

Generate quotations and enter orders onto internal systems.

Order materials and stock, ensuring availability aligns with project schedules.

Produce and manage Health & Safety documentation.

Coordinate installation schedules and liaise with installation teams.

Maintain accurate records across SAP, Salesforce and internal systems.

Monitor delivery times and proactively manage any potential delays.

Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Support Project Managers with project coordination activities.

Manage invoicing and ensure financial information remains accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in a Contracts Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Order Management or Customer Service role.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system (desirable).

Good IT skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
