Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Support professional to join our busy and growing property team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a RICS , construction or architects environment who enjoys being at the centre of operations and supporting a high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The ideal applicant will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise order of materials and buying
- Provide full administrative and support to the MD and Site manager
- Manage and upload drawings from architects
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain and update property records
- Coordinate diaries, appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Requirements
- Previous experience within a construction or architect, surveyor backround (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Reliable, efficient, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable dealing with clients and representing the company

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
