Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals
- Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers and colleagues
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain inventory accuracy and manage store operations
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating sales figure
- Excellent communication skills essential
