My client, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency who work with some of the worlds most reputable brands are hiring for a Partnerships Executive.
This role will suit someone with 1-2 years experience that would like a clear route into sales/account management. We will also consider graduates with previous relevant commercial experience.
The role
An entry level seat on a high-performance sales team. You will be the operational engine behind our Partnerships function, making the team sharper and faster, while closing your own SME deals alongside it. A proper launchpad into a serious sales career.
What you will do
You will own the sales materials, systems and reporting that keep commercial momentum high, and run your own book of SME deals on the side. That means maintaining the pitch deck, building and maintaining business review formats and media packs to a premium standard, becoming the team’s B2B CRM expert, automating the boring stuff using AI programmes like Claude wired into Slack, and tracking affiliate publisher performance so we always know what is working. You will work with senior stakeholders across the business from day one and take SME partnerships end to end, from first outreach through to launch.
Who you are
- A graduate or early career candidate hungry to break into sales
- Obsessive about quality: slides sharp, spreadsheets tight, emails clean
- Organised and detail driven, able to juggle priorities without things slipping
- Confident communicator, comfortable managing upwards and cross functionally
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, high-performance culture
Awesome to have
- CRM exposure (Salesforce or HubSpot), even from an internship or placement
- Hands on with AI tools such as Claude, or automation / vibe coding tools
- Previous sales, BD or customer facing experience (retail and hospitality count)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- A good eye for design in PowerPoint, Figma or Canva
