Be there for your community when they need you most – and we’ll be there for you! As a Communities Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Crisis and Resilience Fund. Your focus will be on building financial resilience for individuals and communities, ensuring that everyone has access to the right support when they need it.
In this exciting role, you will:

Support the delivery of the Crisis and Resilience Fund.

Map services and explore collaboration opportunities to enhance community welfare.

Connect individuals to the right services and support through a joined-up welfare network.

Report on evaluations, including data, outcomes, and feedback to improve services.

Collaborate with partners across the county, including NCC, NHS, and local districts, to reduce crisis support requests over time.
To thrive in this role, you should have:

Experience in managing multiple demands and delivering on a broad work programme.

Strong skills in data management, report writing, and using IT systems effectively.

The role is based at County Hall on Monday and Wednesday to support wider collaborate working across the Communities Service.
