Two-person team (you will work as the Operator; a driving licence is not essential)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team and assist with a variety of manual outdoor maintenance tasks across Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean. Working in a two-person team, you will support the daily operations as the team’s Operator, working alongside a Lead Driver.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in practical work, and is comfortable using basic tools and equipment.
Monday - Friday
Hours: 7AM - 3PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine outdoor maintenance and manual tasks across designated areas
- Follow a tablet mapping system and be able to record data upon completion of task
- Fill out daily H & S documents
- Operate hand tools and manual handling equipment safely and effectively
- Assist in loading, unloading, and handling materials as required
- Follow all health and safety protocols on site
- Maintain basic records and report issues to supervisors

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
