Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive Primary school in Chatham through our education agency.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil currently working at Reception level. The role will involve supporting the pupil within the classroom during core subjects, alongside delivering targeted intervention sessions across the school.
This is a rewarding position for someone who is patient, nurturing and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil
- Supporting learning during core curriculum lessons
- Delivering focused intervention sessions across the school
- Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff
- Helping to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience working within a Primary school setting
- Have experience supporting children with additional or emerging needs
- Be patient, adaptable and proactive
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Be passionate about supporting children’s development and wellbeing
