We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable people to join our team for Pumpkin Fest 2026!
This autumn, Manor Farm Fruits will once again transform for our annual Pumpkin Fest, welcoming thousands of visitors for pumpkin picking, autumn activities, food, drinks and plenty of seasonal fun.
For 2026, we're also expanding our food and drink offering with The Cheesy Pumpkin, The Crumble Hut and a brand-new Hot Chocolate Stand, alongside our admissions, pumpkin sales, retail and event areas.
We're looking for team members who are happy to get stuck in, work as part of a busy team and help us give our visitors a fantastic experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and the needs of the event, you may work across one or more areas:
- Admissions – Welcoming visitors, scanning tickets, answering questions and directing guests onto the site.
- Pumpkin Sales – Helping visitors through our pumpkin sales area, managing queues, answering questions and processing transactions.
- The Cheesy Pumpkin – Preparing and serving freshly made toasties and other hot food.
- The Crumble Hut – Preparing and serving our autumn fruit crumbles.
- Hot Chocolate Stand – Preparing and serving hot chocolates and seasonal drinks.
- Shop & Sales Kiosks – Serving customers, processing transactions, restocking and keeping displays tidy.
- Event Stewarding – Directing visitors around the site, answering questions, managing busy areas and helping keep the festival clean and welcoming.
- General Event Support – Working alongside the wider team and helping wherever needed throughout the day.
Full training will be provided.
Who We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need previous event experience – we're much more interested in finding people with the right attitude.
You'll need to be:
- Friendly, confident and welcoming with customers.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Happy working as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to help with different tasks when required.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
- Enthusiastic about helping create a fun and memorable visitor experience.
Previous experience in customer service, events, retail, catering or hospitality is advantageous but not essential.

Day-to-Night Shift: 9:00am – 8:00pm
Applicants should have good availability across all of the Pumpkin Fest dates
Pumpkin Fest is one of our busiest events of the year, so shifts can be fast-paced and involve lots of interaction with visitors. You'll be joining a friendly seasonal team and working across a unique outdoor autumn event.
