Overview
Join our family run business as a part-time Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, homely and welcoming environment across our HMO properties in Stafford. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and safe space, ensuring that our facilities meet standards of hygiene and presentation. If you’re experienced in cleaning or looking for a super flexible position to suits your schedule around other work, children or family commitments, we would love to hear form you.
Duties
- Cleaning of all designated areas, including Kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Follow established cleaning schedules to ensure consistent quality across all areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment as required during cleaning tasks
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support overall facility upkeep
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Own Transport essential
- Public Liability Insurance preferred ( Can be arranged by ourselves also )
