Overview:
We are currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers and Care Assistants (Driver) . This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where you can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
We are looking for individuals who are experienced, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. A thorough interview process will be conducted, and only candidates with demonstrable, relevant experience will be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Assist service users with daily living activities
- Follow care plans and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in care, support work, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver person-centred care
- Understanding of safeguarding, professional boundaries, dignity, and respect
- Ability to follow organisational procedures, care plans, and risk assessments
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
- Flexibility to work various shifts (where required)
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- Right to Work in the UK
- References from current or most recent employer
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
