Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable , mature Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a part time role and you must have availability on weekdays to be agreed as well as Saturdays and Sundays.
Selling our beautiful prom and bridesmaids dresses. This role involves engaging with clients, supporting sales processes, and fostering strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will play a vital part in driving business growth through excellent service and effective communication.
Duties
- Greet customers professionally and assist them with their enquiries
- Support the sales team in identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions
- Close sales effectively
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and improve overall sales performance
Experience
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrating patience and professionalism

Pay: £11.00-£12.71 per hour
