Salary: £42,000 to £45,000 OTE. Full-time, permanent.
What you will be trusted with:
- Leading on complex diagnostics and fault-finding across the VW Group range (petrol and diesel)
- Coding, control-unit programming and advanced electrical work
- The heavy stuff - timing chains, cambelts, engine rebuilds, DSG and S-tronic
- Mentoring the junior techs and bringing the whole workshop up with you
- Being the name customers ask for when they want it done right, first time
What you will bring:
- VW Group Master Technician qualification, or a strong track record at that level
- Proven ODIS experience and serious diagnostic depth
- Confident DSG and S-tronic knowledge
- A full UK driving licence
- A genuine love of these cars - it shows in the work
