Overview
A new quick-service restaurant is coming to London. MJMK Restaurants,the group behind Casa do Frango,Fonda,Luso,KOL,AngloThai and Lenny’s,is opening a new site in the heart of Soho,in partnership with a Michelin-starred chef.
This new restaurant brings bold flavours and the same care and quality MJMK is known for,in a fast,everyday format that combines grab and go with dine in. We’re building the opening team now.
General Manager
We are looking for a confident and experienced General Manager to lead the restaurant. Taking full ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant,you’ll lead the team,the guest experience and the numbers,upholding brand standards,food quality and speed of service. You’ll build a high-performing team that delivers consistently for every guest,every shift.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant,keeping service smooth and efficient.
- Recruit,train and develop a confident,high-performing team,with succession planning that builds a pipeline of talent.
- Own the guest journey,delivering fast,warm and accurate service that keeps guests coming back.
- Own the restaurant P&L,driving sales and managing controls.
- Use restaurant tech and systems to drive smart,data-led decisions.
- Keep the restaurant looking sharp,clean and compliant with food safety and health and safety standards.

- You’ve thrived in a General Manager role in a high-volume,quick-service restaurant,and you live and breathe brilliant standards and unforgettable guest experiences.
- A real hospitality person who genuinely loves the industry and restaurants.

- Confident leadership skills,with the ability to recruit,develop and retain high-performing teams.
- Commercially savvy,with a real head for the P&L and the numbers,and confident using tech and data to drive smart decisions.
- Cool under pressure and razor-sharp,resolving issues fast to keep service flying,with an eye for detail and consistency every single shift.
