Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation
- Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle enquiries courteously, providing information about menu options and special offers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimise guest flow
- Operate the barista equipment if required, preparing coffee and other beverages to standardised recipes
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with catering services and event setups as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, serving, or restaurant environments is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as required
- A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
